A typical day at work would consist of, helping people with various I.T related problems, I also help them with photocopying and helping them send emails,

I learnt during my time there, how to scan, photocopy a variety of things for people from paperwork up to personal information.
I have also learnt how to talk to the general public and built up very good confidence in dealing with the public and customers.

The workplace culture has a very different range of culture since it is open to the general public.

The management is very good, and very supportive of my needs of myself and everyone else there if its either the staff or the general public in the building everyone gets the support they need.
