Spring Bank Community Centre is one of the best places for room hire in Hull.
S.B.C.C., close to Hull city centre, has rooms for hire for any occasion. It attracts room hire from many groups and organisations in Hull. These include the Prince’s Trust, Hull City Council, the Citizens Advice Bureau and several activity-based groups. Regulars include a church group, a women’s group and a cheerleaders’ group. These groups always return to make use of the facilities.
Based near the centre of Hull, room hire is convenient for people in and around the city. It is easily reached by public transport. Available for hire at the Centre are the Main Hall, a Green Room, an I.T Suite, a kitchen and two meeting rooms, named Meeting Room 1 and Meeting Room 2.
THE MAIN HALL
A large, spacious room with a stage, it’s ideal for weddings, prayer meetings, parties or for anyone requiring plenty of room for their purpose. It can be split in two by a room divider.
THE GREEN ROOM
The Green Room is smaller than the Main Hall. It’s a particularly favourite room to hire for educational purposes, namely in areas of employment and E.S.O.L.. It has plenty of room to set up for meetings of large groups.
THE I.T SUITE
The I.T Suite contains seventeen computers and is open daily to the public for free internet use. This room is available for hire for mainly training groups.
THE KITCHEN
You can also hire the fully-functional kitchen if you want to do your own catering for the event you have organised in any of our rooms for hire.
MEETING ROOMS
Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 are smaller. Each room perfect for smaller groups to hire. They are particularly good for one-to-one sessions with staff members from Hull City Council or the Citizen’s Advice Bureau.
